Questions, answered.
What is RndR Suite?
An immersive sales & support studio for physical products. You author an interactive, visual guide of a machine once — sides, interiors, parts, steps, specs and accessories — and your team and customers explore it to sell, learn, support, diagnose and repair.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Each machine exports as a single self-contained .rndr file with all photos baked in. It opens in the Viewer with no internet — perfect for a shop floor or shipping alongside the machine. Online, it just works too.
What's a .rndr file?
It's one portable file that holds an entire machine — every view, part, photo, step, and the sales info — so it can be emailed, put on a USB stick, or shipped with the product. No folders, no missing images.
How do my customers view a machine?
They open the free Viewer — in a web browser at your link, or as a Mac/Windows app — and open the .rndr file you gave them. No account required to view.
What do I need to build one?
RndR Studio. Upload a photo per side, drop markers on the parts, add interiors, descriptions, steps, specs and accessories, then export. Authoring is for account holders; viewing is open to everyone.
Can I record a walkthrough?
Yes. Studio's Record mode lets a technician mark up the machine on-screen with arrows and notes, add voiceover, and export a video to email a customer — "look here, replace this part."
Which platforms are supported?
The web (any modern browser), plus native apps for macOS (Intel & Apple Silicon) and Windows.
Is it white-label?
Yes — your brand name and logo lead the experience. RndR Suite is the engine behind it.
Where does my data live?
The machine file is yours to keep and distribute. For teams that require everything in-house, an on-prem license keeps authoring and data fully local. Ask us about your requirements.
How do I get access?
We're onboarding early-access partners now — request access and we'll get you set up.
